Return of Property

NCG Medical is committed to providing employees with the tools and resources necessary to perform their roles effectively. This includes any equipment, materials, or written information provided to you to fulfill your job responsibilities.

Responsibility for Company Property

You are responsible for the proper care, protection, and control of any property issued by NCG Medical. This includes safeguarding against damage, loss, or misuse.

Returning Property

You must promptly return any NCG Medical property if requested. Additionally:

• Upon separation from NCG Medical, you are required to return all company-issued property immediately, including but not limited to equipment, materials, documents, and access credentials.

Your final paycheck may be withheld until all company property is returned, as permitted by law.

Unreturned or Damaged Property

If you fail to return company property or if it is returned in a damaged condition:

• NCG Medical may deduct the cost of the unreturned or damaged property from your regular or final paycheck, as allowed by applicable laws.

NCG Medical reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover unreturned property or associated costs.
