Our customers are vital to us and critical to our business. Every employee represents NCG Medical to customers and the public. Our customers judge all of us by how we treat them. One of the highest priorities at NCG Medical is to help any customer or potential customer. Nothing is more important than being courteous, friendly, prompt, and helpful to our customers.

If a customer wants to make a specific comment or a complaint, you should direct the person to the Client Support Supervisor for appropriate action. Your contacts with the public, your telephone manners, and any communications you send to customers reflect not just on you but also the professionalism of NCG Medical. Good customer relations can build greater customer loyalty and increased profits.
