Use of Phone and Mail Systems

NCG Medical telephones are intended for business calls. You are not permitted to make long-distance or toll calls from our phones. If you make personal calls on NCG Medical’s business phones, we may require that you pay us for any charges.

Our mail system is intended for business purposes only, so you should not send or receive personal mail at work.

Our telephone communications are an essential reflection of our image to customers and the community. Always use proper telephone etiquette. The following are some examples of good telephone etiquette: use the approved greeting, speak courteously and professionally, repeat information back to the caller, and only hang up after the caller hangs up.
