Safety

At NCG Medical, workplace safety remains a top priority, even for our remote workforce. We are committed to fostering a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, regardless of location. A successful safety program depends on everyone being alert, proactive, and committed to maintaining a safe workspace.

We regularly communicate with employees about safety and health issues through virtual meetings, email updates, and other digital communications. We encourage you to stay informed and engaged with these updates.

As a remote employee, you are expected to maintain a safe and organized home workspace. This includes following basic safety practices, such as ensuring your work area is free from tripping hazards, using ergonomic furniture, and securing equipment and cables properly.

If you encounter an unsafe condition in your remote workspace, you must immediately report it to your supervisor. Failure to uphold safety standards, including creating hazardous conditions or neglecting to report or address dangerous situations within your control, may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

In the event of an accident or injury while working remotely, you must notify your supervisor immediately, regardless of how minor it may seem. Prompt reporting enables us to investigate, comply with applicable laws, and facilitate insurance or workers' compensation processing.

For questions or support regarding remote work safety, please contact your supervisor or Human Resources.
