At NCG Medical, we comply with all applicable regulations to ensure a fair and transparent hiring process.
We rely on the accuracy of the information provided on your employment application and expect you and your references to provide truthful and complete information during the hiring process and throughout your employment. If any information is found to be misleading, false, or intentionally omitted, we reserve the right to disqualify the applicant from further consideration or terminate employment if already hired.
As part of the hiring process, we may conduct a full background screening, which includes both state and national checks, as well as an Office of Inspector General (OIG) exclusion check. For certain positions, we may also obtain a consumer credit report for employment purposes to assess creditworthiness, credit standing, and credit capacity.
If we take an adverse employment action based in whole or in part on the results of a consumer credit report, we will provide a copy of the report and a summary of your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, as required by law.
