Job Posting

Our job posting program allows you to show your interest in open jobs and advance within the organization according to your skills and experience. In general, we post all regular, full-time job openings, although NCG Medical reserves its right not to post a particular opening.

Job openings will generally be posted at ncgmedical.bamboohr.com/jobs and usually remain open for 30 days. Each job posting notice will include the dates of the posting period, job title, department, job summary, essential duties, and qualifications (required skills and abilities).

To be eligible to apply for a posted job, you must have performed competently for at least 365 calendar days in your current position. You cannot apply for a posted job if you have a written warning on file or are on probation or suspension. You may only apply for posted positions for which you possess the required skills, competencies, and qualifications.

To apply for an open position, submit a job posting application to the position's corresponding supervisor. List your job-related skills and accomplishments on the application. Also, tell how your education and work experience here or elsewhere make you qualified for the new job.

We encourage you to talk with your supervisor about your career plans. We also encourage supervisors to support your efforts to gain experience and advance within NCG Medical.

After you apply for a job, your supervisor may be contacted for information about your performance, skills, and attendance. Any staffing limitations or other circumstances that might affect a possible transfer may also be discussed.

The job posting is a way to inform you of open jobs. It is also a way for the hiring manager to find out about qualified and interested applicants. In addition to posting, NCG Medical may use other recruiting sources to fill open jobs.

At NCG Medical, we value and encourage employee referrals. If you know a qualified colleague or friend interested in joining our team, we invite you to refer them for an open position. Before making a referral, please ensure you have their permission. You are welcome to share information about working at NCG Medical, but please refrain from making any commitments or promises regarding employment.

To refer a candidate, have them apply directly to the posted position and notify Human Resources of your referral. Alternatively, you may submit their resume or completed application form to the corresponding supervisor for the job posting.

If we interview your referral, we will notify you and keep you updated on the outcome. Should your referral be hired, you will be eligible for a referral bonus, which will be paid after the new employee successfully completes 90 days of employment with NCG Medical.

For more information about the referral process or the bonus program, please contact Human Resources.
