Immigration Law Compliance
NCG Medical is committed to employing only United States citizens or aliens legally authorized to work in the United States. We do not illegally discriminate because of a person's citizenship or national origin.
Because we comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, every new employee at NCG Medical must complete the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 and show documents that prove identity and employment eligibility.
Suppose you leave NCG Medical and are rehired. In that case, you must complete another Form I-9 if the previous I-9 with NCG Medical is more than three years old, or if the original I-9 is not accurate anymore, or if we no longer have the original I-9.
If you ask questions or wish to complain about the immigration law, you will not be punished in any way.
