We expect all NCG Medical employees to be ethical in their conduct. It affects our reputation and success. NCG Medical requires employees to follow all laws and regulations carefully and have the highest standards of conduct and personal integrity.

Our continued success depends on our customers' trust. Employees owe a duty to NCG Medical, our customers, and shareholders to act in ways that will earn the continued trust and confidence of the public.

As an organization, NCG will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We expect all Officers, Directors, and employees to conduct business according to the letter, spirit, and intent of all relevant laws and not do anything illegal, dishonest, or unethical.

If you use good judgment and follow high ethical principles, you will make the right decisions. However, if you are unsure if an action is moral or proper, you should openly discuss the matter with your supervisor or Human Resources for advice and consultation.

It is the responsibility of every NCG Medical employee to comply with our business ethics policy and conduct. Employees who ignore or do not comply with this standard of business ethics and behavior may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including possible termination of employment.
