Nature of Employment
This handbook gives a general understanding of the personnel policies of NCG Medical. It should help answer many common questions. You should review all the policies in the manual and become familiar with them.
However, this manual cannot cover every situation or answer every question about employment at NCG Medical. This manual is also not an employment contract and is not intended to create contractual obligations of any kind.
You became an employee at NCG Medical voluntarily, and your employment is at will. "At will" means that you may terminate your employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice. Likewise, "at-will" means that NCG Medical may terminate your employment at will at any time, with or without cause or advance notice, as long as we do not violate federal or state laws.
Sometimes we may need to change, add, or cancel policies or benefits. We want you to know that this could happen and that NCG Medical has the right to make any changes at any time. The only exception is that we will not change our employment-at-will policy. The only official changes to this manual are authorized and signed changes by the NCG Medical Chief Executive Officer.
